"Abby"
Abby came to our home when she was 2 months old.
She was born on October 27th 1996, and was bred by Deborah
Bridgman of Bemine Cockers.
Abby was our first show dog and has taught us a lot about dog shows.

We would never have gotten into showing if it wasn't for her breeder.

We were looking for a pet and we found Deborah, Abby's breeder. With
some thought, we decided to give showing a try.
At her first show I wasn't going to be her handler. Deborah was going to
be the one showing her, and kept trying to make her move like any show
dog does, but she would not move nicely for her breeder.
Then I moved her and when I came back from my "down and back" it
was official that I was going to be the one showing her.

If it weren't for Abby, my husband Rob and I wouldn't be anywhere near
showing or breeding our dogs.

Abby passed over the Rainbow Bridge in March 2008.
